癌癥發(fā)病率逐年增長(zhǎng),且死亡率居高不下。腫瘤免疫治療作為目前腫瘤治療領(lǐng)域中最具前景的研究方向之一,其治療手段主要包括過(guò)繼性細(xì)胞治療、免疫調(diào)節(jié)治療、腫瘤疫苗治療、分子靶向治療等。姜黃素是姜黃中主要活性成分,主要通過(guò)抑制細(xì)胞增殖、誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡、抑制腫瘤侵襲等機(jī)制發(fā)揮抗腫瘤功效。在免疫治療領(lǐng)域,姜黃素通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體的固有免疫系統(tǒng)、獲得性免疫系統(tǒng)以及腫瘤相關(guān)分子的表達(dá)和活性達(dá)到抗腫瘤作用,并聯(lián)合免疫檢查點(diǎn)抑制劑、其他腫瘤免疫治療方法用于腫瘤治療??偨Y(jié)了姜黃素的免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用及其用于腫瘤免疫治療的研究進(jìn)展。

The incidence of cancer is increasing year by year, and the mortality rate remains high. As one of the most promising research directions in the field of tumor therapy, tumor immunotherapy mainly includes adoptive cell therapy, immunomodulatory therapy, tumor vaccine therapy, molecular targeted therapy, etc. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, which mainly exerts its antitumor effect by inhibiting cell proliferation, inducing cell apoptosis, and inhibiting tumor invasion. In the field of immunotherapy, Curcumin achieves anti-tumor effect by regulating the expression and activity of the body's innate immune system, acquired immune system, and tumor-related molecules, and is used in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors and other tumor immunotherapy methods for tumor immunotherapy. This paper summarizes the immunomodulatory effect of curcumin and its research progress in tumor immunotherapy.
