[摘要]
目的 建立氣相色譜–氫火焰離子化檢測器(GC-FID)法同時測定消癥丸中莪術(shù)酮、藁本內(nèi)酯和α-香附酮的方法。方法 采用HP-5MS毛細(xì)管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),F(xiàn)ID檢測器:280℃,進樣口溫度240 ℃;程序恒溫130 ℃,保持45 min;載氣為N2,柱體積流量1.5 mL/min,不分流模式;進樣量:1 μL。結(jié)果 莪術(shù)酮、藁本內(nèi)酯、α-香附酮分別在1.684~168.400、2.496~249.600、2.180~218.000 μg/mL線性關(guān)系良好;平均回收率分別為97.98%、99.76%、96.06%,RSD值分別為1.62%、0.89%、1.29%。結(jié)論 該方法操作簡單、重復(fù)性好,可為評價消癥丸的質(zhì)量控制提供依據(jù)。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determining of curzerenone,ligustilide,and α-cyperone in Xiaozheng Pills by GC-FID method.Methods The separation was carried out on HP-5MS column (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm).Detector was FID detector,and the detector temperature was 280℃,and the inlet temperature was 240℃.The program temperature was 130℃ for 45 min.The carrier gas was nitrogen,and the flow rate was 1.5 mL/min with splitless inlet.The injection volume was 1 μL.Results The linear ranges of curzerenone,ligustilide,and α-cyperone were 1.684-168.400,2.496-249.600,2.180-218.000 μg/mL,respectively.The average recoveries of curzerenone,ligustilide,and α-cyperone were 97.98%,99.76%,and 96.06% with RSD values of 1.62%,0.89%,and 1.29%,respectively.Conclusion The established method is simple and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control in Xiaozheng Pills.
