[摘要]
目的 建立血速升顆粒的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)方法。方法 采用高效液相色譜法同時(shí)測(cè)定血速升顆粒中牡荊素葡萄糖苷、牡荊素鼠李糖苷、牡荊素、毛蕊異黃酮葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷、美迪紫檀素、淫羊藿苷、寶藿苷I、阿魏酸松柏酯、藁本內(nèi)酯10種成分,并采用化學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)綜合分析數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果 10種成分分別在各自范圍內(nèi)線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好(r≥0.999 1),平均回收率在96.86%~100.20%(n=9)。16批血速升顆粒樣品聚為3類(lèi);牡荊素鼠李糖苷、藁本內(nèi)酯、阿魏酸松柏酯、毛蕊異黃酮葡萄糖苷和淫羊藿苷是影響血速升顆粒產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的主要成分。結(jié)論 熵權(quán)優(yōu)劣解距離(EW-TOPSIS)法結(jié)果為生產(chǎn)企業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)劣提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持,所建立的方法可用于血速升顆粒的綜合質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish quality evaluation of Xuesusheng Granules. Methods The contents of vitexin-4''-O-glucoside, rhamnosylvitexin, vitexin, calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, ononin, medicarpin, icariin, baohuosideⅠ, coniferyl ferulate, and ligustilide in Xuesusheng Granules were determined by HPLC method. The content data were analyzed by chemometrics method. Results The 10 components had good linear relationships within their respective ranges (r ≥ 0.999 1), and the average recovery rate was 96.86% — 100.20% (n=9). Statistical analysis showed that 16 batches of samples were clustered into 3 groups. Rhamnosylvitexin, ligustilide, coniferyl ferulate, calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, and icariin were the main potential markers affecting the quality of Xuesusheng Granules. Conclusion The results of EW-TOPSIS method pointed out the data support for the production enterprises to analyze the quality of products. The established method can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Xuesusheng Granules.
