目的 研究安兒寧顆粒聯(lián)合頭孢丙烯顆粒治療小兒急性支氣管炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年4月—2022年4月在南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)第四附屬醫(yī)院門診兒科治療的86例急性支氣管炎患兒，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各43例。對照組口服頭孢丙烯顆粒，0.5g/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組的治療基礎(chǔ)上口服安兒寧顆粒，6g/次，3次/d。兩組患兒均連續(xù)治療7d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間、白細(xì)胞（WBC）、中性粒細(xì)胞（NEUT）、淋巴細(xì)胞（LYM）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、降鈣素原（PCT）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是97.67%，顯著高于對照組的79.07%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽、頭痛、肺部啰音等癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間均顯著短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血常規(guī)中WBC、LYM、NEUT指標(biāo)均較治療前顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組WBC、LYM、NEUT指標(biāo)均低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清因子IL-6、TNF-α、PCT水平均較治療前顯著降低，而SOD顯著升高（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組血清因子水平改善均顯著優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率是9.30%，顯著低于對照組的16.28%（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 安兒寧顆粒聯(lián)合頭孢丙烯顆粒治療小兒急性支氣管炎具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯改善臨床癥狀，并降低炎性反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of An’erning Granules combined with cefprozil in treatment of acute bronchitis in children. Methods A total of 86 children with acute bronchitis treated in the outpatient department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Cefprozil Granules, 0.5 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with An’erning Granules on the basis of the control group, 6 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, white blood cell (WBC), neutrophil (NEUT), lymphocyte (LYM), interleukin-6 (IL-6), superoxide dismutase (SOD), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), procalcitonin (PCT) levels were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.07%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of fever, cough, headache, pulmonary rales and other symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the WBC, LYM and NEUT indexes in blood routine of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P< 0.05). After treatment, the WBC, LYM and NEUT indexes of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α and PCT in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, but SOD was significantly increased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement of serum factor levels in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 9.30%, which was significantly lower than 16.28% in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion An’erning Granules combined with cefprozil has a good clinical effect in treatment of acute bronchitis in children, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory response, which has certain clinical application value.
