目的 探討花紅膠囊聯(lián)合阿奇霉素片治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年4月—2021年9月在鄭州大學(xué)第三附屬醫(yī)院就診的69例慢性盆腔炎患者，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組（34例）和治療組（35例）。對照組患者口服阿奇霉素片，1g/次，1次/d，共1d。治療組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服花紅膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。以7d為1個(gè)療程，兩組患者均連續(xù)治療3個(gè)療程，每個(gè)療程之間停藥3d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀緩解時(shí)間、疼痛程度評分、生活質(zhì)量、炎癥因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為91.43%，較對照組的總有效率64.71%更高（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的白帶消失時(shí)間、腹痛緩解時(shí)間、乏力緩解時(shí)間明顯短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分較治療前均下降（P<0.05），且治療組的VAS評分低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組生理職能、精神功能、生理功能、社會(huì)功能、精力、一般情況、軀體疾病、情感功能評分較治療前均升高（P<0.05），且治療組生理職能、精神功能、生理功能、社會(huì)功能、精力、一般情況、軀體疾病、情感功能評分高于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）、白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平較治療前均明顯下降（P<0.05），且治療組血清IL-2、IL-8、IL-6、CRP水平明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 花紅膠囊聯(lián)合阿奇霉素片治療慢性盆腔炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，提高其生活質(zhì)量，降低炎癥因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huahong Capsules combined with Azithromycin Tablets in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Patients (69 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April 2019 to September 2021 were divided into the control group (34 cases) and the treatment group (35 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Azithromycin Tablets, 1 g/time, once daily, for 1 d. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huahong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. A course had 7 d, and patients in two groups were treated for 3 courses, and 3 d were discontinued between each course of treatment. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms to relieve time, pain degree score, quality of life, and inflammation factor level in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%, which was higher than that (64.71%) of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the leucorrhea disappearance time, abdominal pain relief time, and fatigue relief time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of two groups were decreased compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of physiological function, mental function, physiological function, social function, energy, general condition, somatic disease, and emotional function in two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores of physiological function, mental function, physiological function, social function, energy, general condition, somatic disease, and emotional function in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-8, IL-6, and CRP in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P< 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-2, IL-8, IL-6, and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Huahong Capsules combined with Azithromycin Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, can improve clinical symptoms, improve their quality of life, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
