[摘要]
炎癥反應(yīng)通常是機(jī)體對病原微生物感染的自我保護(hù)和自我調(diào)節(jié)方式,而炎癥小體在該過程中起到關(guān)鍵的調(diào)控作用,其對病原體或受損細(xì)胞的清除至關(guān)重要。黑色素瘤缺乏因子2(AIM2)炎癥小體作為其中的調(diào)控蛋白之一,能夠識別細(xì)胞損傷、病原微生物感染等引起DNA損傷的信號,在固有免疫應(yīng)答中發(fā)揮著重要作用。AIM2炎癥小體促進(jìn)炎癥因子IL-1β、IL-18的成熟、分泌,引起炎癥反應(yīng)。就AIM2炎癥小體激活和調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,以期為深入研究AIM2以及開發(fā)其抑制劑提供參考。

[Abstract]
Inflammatory responses are self-protection and self-regulation of the organism against pathogenic microbial infections, and inflammasome plays a key regulatory role in this process and is essential for the clearance of pathogens or damaged cells. As one of the regulatory proteins, absent in melanoma 2 (AIM2) inflammasome plays a vital role in innate immune response by recognizing the signals of cell damage and pathogenic microbial infections that cause DNA damage. AIM2 inflammasome could promote the maturation and secretion of the inflammatory factors IL-1β and IL-18 to trigger an inflammatory response. The paper summarizes the activation and regulation of the signalling pathway of AIM2, which provides a reference for in-depth study of AIM2 and the development of its inhibitors.
