羅漢果中特有成分羅漢果醇及其衍生物羅漢果皂苷是一類葫蘆烷型三萜糖苷。近年來，羅漢果醇及其衍生物羅漢果皂苷的藥理作用引起了研究人員的廣泛關(guān)注。對羅漢果醇及其衍生物羅漢果皂苷在保肝作用、神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用、抗炎作用、抗腫瘤作用、治療糖尿病及其并發(fā)癥方面的研究進(jìn)行綜述。

As special components from Siraitia grosvenorii, mogrol and its derivatives mogrosides is a kind of cucurbitane triterpene glycosides. In recent years, the pharmacological effects of mogrol and its derivatives mogrosides have attracted wide attention of researchers. This article summarizes the effects of mogrol and its derivatives mogrosides on liver protection, neuroprotection, anti-inflammation, anti-tumor, treatment of diabetes and its complications.
