牙周炎是常見的口腔病變?？股刂委熓茄乐苎椎某Ｓ弥委熓侄?，但長(zhǎng)期使用能引起不同程度的耐藥性。丁香酚是從丁香中提取的有效成分，可通過抑菌作用、抗氧化作用、抗炎作用、調(diào)節(jié)巨噬細(xì)胞功能、阻止破骨細(xì)胞活化、鎮(zhèn)痛作用、促骨再生作用等多種途徑發(fā)揮防治牙周炎的作用。綜述了丁香酚防治牙周炎的藥理作用，為丁香酚在牙周炎的使用提供循證支持。

Periodontitis is the most common oral disease. Antibiotic therapy is a common treatment for periodontitis, but long-term use can cause different degrees of drug resistance. Eugenol is an active ingredient from Syzygium aromaticum, which can play a role in prevention and treatment of periodontitis by antibacterial effect, antioxidant effect, anti-inflammatory effect, regulating macrophage function, preventing osteoclast activation, analgesic effect, bone regeneration promotion effect. This paper reviews the pharmacological effects of eugenol in prevention and treatment of periodontitis, and provides evidence-based support for the application of eugenol in prevention and treatment of periodontitis.
