目的 觀察消栓通絡膠囊聯(lián)合尤瑞克林治療急性腦梗死的臨床療效。方法 選擇2019年5月—2022年5月在石家莊市人民醫(yī)院診治的106例急性腦梗死患者，按照隨機數(shù)字表法分對照組（53例）和治療組（53例）。對照組靜脈滴注注射用尤瑞克林，0.15PNA單位/次，溶于生理鹽水100mL，1次/d。在對照組的基礎上，治療組口服消栓通絡膠囊，6粒/次，3次/d。兩組用藥14d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀改善時間，NIHSS評分，Barthel指數(shù)，血清細胞間黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）、血管細胞間黏附分子-1（VCAM-1）、白細胞介素-8（IL-8）和血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）水平，及不良反應。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率（98.11%）明顯高于對照組（81.13%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀改善時間均明顯早于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組NIHSS評分明顯降低，而Barthel指數(shù)評分明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組評分明顯好于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清IL-8、ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平明顯降低，而VEGF水平明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組血清因子水平明顯好于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組患者不良反應發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 消栓通絡膠囊聯(lián)合注射用尤瑞克林治療急性腦梗死效果確切，可有效改善患者缺血區(qū)域血供，改善腦神經(jīng)功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsules combined with uriculin in treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods Patients (106 cases) with acute ischemic stroke in Shijiazhuang People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were divided into control (53 cases) and treatment (53 cases) group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Urinary Kallidinogenase for injection, 0.15 PNA/time dissolved in normal saline 100 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group po administered with Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsules on the basis of the control group, 6 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the improvement time of symptom, NIHSS score, Barthel index, the levels of serological indexes IL-8, ICAM-1, VCAM-1, and VEGF, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (98.11%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.13%, P<0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom improvement in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score in two groups were significantly decreased, while the Barthel index score were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-8, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1 in two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of VEGF were significantly increased, and the level of serum factors in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsules combined with uriculin in treatment of acute ischemic stroke is definite, and can effectively improve the blood supply and cerebral nerve function in the ischemic area of the patients.
