目的 探討兒寶顆粒聯(lián)合復(fù)方消化酶膠囊治療小兒厭食癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年1月—2021年12月在濮陽市人民醫(yī)院診治的98例小兒厭食癥患兒，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組（49例）和治療組（49例）。對照組患兒餐前30 min口服復(fù)方消化酶膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d；治療組患兒在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服兒寶顆粒，1～3歲5 g/次，4～6歲7.5 g/次，6歲以上10 g/次，3次/d。兩組患兒均治療4周。觀察兩組患兒臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患兒體質(zhì)量、進(jìn)食時間，微量元素和血紅蛋白水平及腦腸肽指標(biāo)胃動素（MTL）、β-內(nèi)啡肽（β-EP）、血管活性腸肽（VIP）、瘦素（LP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床總有效率分別為83.67%和93.88%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒進(jìn)食時間明顯縮短（P＜0.05），且治療組患兒進(jìn)食時間縮短的更顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒硒、鋅、鈣、血紅蛋白水平均較治療前顯著升高（P＜0.05），且治療組升高的更顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒MTL、β-EP水平均較治療前顯著升高，而VIP、LP顯著下降（P＜0.05），且治療組患兒MTL、β-EP、VIP、LP等指標(biāo)水平改善的更顯著（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 兒寶顆粒聯(lián)合復(fù)方消化酶膠囊治療小兒厭食癥具有良好臨床療效，可有效改善患兒厭食癥狀，增加患兒體質(zhì)量，縮短進(jìn)食時間，且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Erbao Granules combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsule in treatment of anorexia in children. Methods Children (98 cases) with anorexia in Puyang People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided into control (49 cases) and treatment (49 cases) group by the random number table method. Children in the control group were po administered with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsule 30 min before meals, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Erbao Granules on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time for 1-3 years old children, 7.5 g/time for 4-6 years old children, 10 g/time for more than 6 years old children, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the body mass, daily food intake, the levels of trace element and hemoglobin, and the levels of brain gut peptide indexes MTL, β-EP, VIP and LP in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 83.67% and 93.88% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the feeding time in two groups was significantly shortened (P < 0.05), and the feeding time of the treatment group was more significantly shortened (P< 0.05). After treatment, the levels of selenium, zinc, calcium and hemoglobin in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of MTL and β-EP in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, while VIP and LP were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the levels of MTL, β-EP, VIP and LP in the treatment group were improved more significantly (P< 0.05). Conclusion Erbao Granules combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsule has good clinical effect in the treatment of infantile anorexia, which can effectively improve the symptoms of anorexia, increase body mass, shorten eating time, and has high safety.
