目的 探討鹽酸甲氯芬酯膠囊聯(lián)合醋酸去氨加壓素片治療小兒遺尿癥的臨床療效。方法 選擇2020年3月—2022年3月在鄭州大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院診治的82例遺尿癥患兒，根據(jù)服用藥物的差別分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各41例。對(duì)照組口服醋酸去氨加壓素片，0.1 mg/次，3次/d；在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服鹽酸甲氯芬酯膠囊，0.1 g/次，3次/d。兩組患兒治療12周。觀察兩組患兒臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患兒尿滲透壓和抗利尿激素（ADH）水平，臨床癥狀評(píng)分及OSA-18、PSQ和CBCL評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為97.56%，顯著高于對(duì)照組（80.49%，P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組尿滲透壓、ADH均明顯升高，并以治療組升高更明顯（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組遺尿次數(shù)、遺尿量、睡眠深度、夜間主動(dòng)排尿等臨床癥狀評(píng)分均明顯降低（P＜0.05），并以治療組下降最明顯（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組OSA-18評(píng)分和PSQ評(píng)分均明顯降低，而CBCL評(píng)分明顯升高（P＜0.05），并以治療組評(píng)分改善最明顯（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 鹽酸甲氯芬酯膠囊聯(lián)合醋酸去氨加壓素片治療小兒遺尿癥可有效改善患兒癥狀，提高患兒睡眠，改善患兒生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of meclofenoxate combined with desmopressin in treatment of enuresis in children. Methods Children (82 cases) with enuresis in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from March 2020 to March 2022 were divided into control and treatment group based on differences in drug use, and each group had 41 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Desmopressin Acetate Tablets, 0.1 mg/time, three times daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Meclofenoxate Hydrochloride Capsules on the basis of the control group, 0.1 g/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the urine osmotic pressure and ADH, the scores of clinical symptom, OSA-18, PSQ and CBCL in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.56%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.49%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the urinary osmotic pressure and ADH increased significantly in two groups (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the number of enuresis score, the amount of enuresis score, the depth of sleep score and nocturnal active urination score were significantly decreased in both groups (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the OSA-18 score and PSQ score were significantly decreased, while the CBCL score was significantly increased in two groups (P < 0.05), and especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Meclofenoxate combined with Desmopressin Acetate Tablets in treatment of enuresis in children can effectively improve the symptoms, improve their sleep and quality of life.
