目的 統(tǒng)計(jì)青島市精神衛(wèi)生中心2019—2022年抗抑郁藥使用情況并分析變化趨勢(shì)，以期為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 采用回顧性分析方法統(tǒng)計(jì)青島市精神衛(wèi)生中心信息系統(tǒng)中2019年1月—2022年12月抗抑郁藥的銷(xiāo)售金額，并計(jì)算用藥頻度（DDDs）、限定日費(fèi)用（DDC）以及藥品排序比（B/A）。結(jié)果 2019—2022年，醫(yī)院抗抑郁藥銷(xiāo)售金額基本穩(wěn)定，艾司西酞普蘭和度洛西汀的銷(xiāo)售金額排序始終居于前2位；抗抑郁藥的DDDs總體呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)，艾司西酞普蘭的DDDs排序始終居于首位；抗抑郁藥的DDC及排序基本穩(wěn)定，其中曲唑酮、安非他酮、度洛西汀的DDC較高，居于前3位；阿米替林、安非他酮、多塞平、氟伏沙明、氟西汀、氯米帕明、西酞普蘭的B/A值接近于1.0。結(jié)論 青島市精神衛(wèi)生中心抗抑郁藥的使用基本合理，后期仍需加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督管理，以保證患者合理用藥。

Objective To make statistics on the use of antidepressants in Qingdao Mental Health Center from 2019 to 2022 and analyze the trend of change, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The sales amount of antidepressants from January 2019 to December 2022 in the information system of Qingdao Mental Health Center was analyzed retrospectively, and the DDDs, DDC, and B/A were calculated. Results From 2019 to 2022, the consumption sum of antidepressants in the hospital was basically stable, and the consumption sum of escitalopram and duloxetine always ranked first and second. The DDDs of antidepressants showed an overall increasing trend, and the DDDs of escitalopram always ranked first. The DDC and order of antidepressants were basically stable, among which the DDC of trazodone, bupropion, and duloxetine were higher, ranking the first 3. The B/A values of amitriptyline, bupropion, doxepin, fluvoxamine, fluoxetine, clomipramine, and citalopram were close to 1.0. Conclusion The use of antidepressants in Qingdao Mental Health Center was basically reasonable, and supervision and management should be strengthened in the later stage to ensure the rational drug use by patients.
