目的 建立眼科藥物評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并將其應(yīng)用于天津市眼科醫(yī)院眼科臨時(shí)采購藥品評價(jià)。方法 圍繞藥品的安全性、有效性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、創(chuàng)新性、適宜性和可及性6個(gè)維度，制定眼科藥物評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并對天津市眼科醫(yī)院2021—2022年臨時(shí)采購的眼用藥品進(jìn)行回顧性評價(jià)。結(jié)果 制定了百分制“眼科藥品臨床綜合評價(jià)表”，臨時(shí)采購的9種眼用藥品評分均高于60分。結(jié)論 “眼科藥品臨床綜合評價(jià)表”可作為天津市眼科醫(yī)院藥品臨床評價(jià)的參考依據(jù)，有助于提高醫(yī)院藥事管理能力及合理用藥水平。

Objective To establish the comprehensive evaluation criteria of ophthalmic drugs in Tianjin Eye Hospital, and apply it to the temporarily purchased drugs of hospital. Methods The evaluation criteria for ophthalmic drugs in Tianjin Eye Hospital were formulated based on the six dimensions of drug safety, effectiveness, economy, innovation, suitability, and accessibility, and the ophthalmic drugs temporarily purchased in Tianjin Eye Hospital from 2021 to 2022 were reviewed. Results The hundred mark system “Clinical Comprehensive Evaluation Form of Ophthalmic Drugs” was formulated, and the scores of 9 ophthalmic drugs temporarily purchased by the hospital were all higher than 60. Conclusion The comprehensive clinical evaluation form of ophthalmic drugs can be used as a reference basis for the clinical evaluation of drugs, which helps to enhance the level of pharmaceutical affairs management and promote the clinical rational drug use in Tianjin Eye Hospital.
