偏頭痛是世界范圍內致殘的主要原因。5-羥色胺(5-HT)受體在偏頭痛中發(fā)揮不可替代的作用,其中5-HT1、5-HT2、5-HT3和5-HT7受體是在偏頭痛、神經(jīng)性疼痛中研究最多的受體。偏頭痛的早期治療藥物包括特異性藥物,如曲坦類藥物和麥角類生物堿。拉米地坦作為一種5-HT1F受體激動劑在不同人群中具有較好優(yōu)勢??偨Y了5-HT受體參與偏頭痛的發(fā)病機制和藥物作用機制,歸納了作用于5-HT受體的抗偏頭痛藥物曲坦類藥物、麥角類生物堿和拉米地坦,以期為偏頭痛治療提供新的思路。

Migraine is the main cause of disability worldwide. 5-Hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) receptors play an irreplaceable role in migraine, and 5-HT1, 5-HT2, 5-HT3, and 5-HT7 receptors are the most studied receptors in migraine and neuropathic pain. Early treatment drugs for migraine include specific drugs, such as triptans and ergot alkaloids. As a 5-HT1F receptor agonist, lamiditan has better advantages in different populations. In this paper, we summarized the pathogenesis and drug action mechanism of 5-HT receptor in migraine, and summarized the anti-migraine drugs, such as triptans, ergot alkaloids and lamiditan, which act on 5-HT receptor, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of migraine.
