[摘要]
糖尿病是人類最常見(jiàn)的代謝疾病之一,目前尚缺乏根治的藥物。肉桂醛是從肉桂、決明子樹(shù)皮中提取的醛類化合物。肉桂醛能夠通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)氧化物酶體增殖物激活受體(PPAR)、蛋白激酶B2(Akt2)信號(hào)通路提高胰島素敏感性,通過(guò)激活核轉(zhuǎn)錄因子紅系2相關(guān)因子2(Nrf2)信號(hào)通路、調(diào)節(jié)胰島素受體底物1(IRS1)/磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)信號(hào)通路抗氧化反應(yīng),促進(jìn)胰島素分泌,減輕胰島素抵抗,抑制炎癥反應(yīng),調(diào)節(jié)腸道菌群多種途徑發(fā)揮防治糖尿病的作用。探討了肉桂醛防治糖尿病的作用機(jī)制,為肉桂醛的臨床應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。

Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common metabolic diseases in human beings. At present, there is still a lack of radical treatment drugs. Cinnamaldehyde is an aldehyde compound extracted from the bark of Cinnamomi Cortex and Cassiae Semen. Cinnamaldehyde can improve insulin sensitivity by regulating PPAR signaling pathway and Akt2 signaling pathway, has antioxidant reaction by activating Nrf2 signaling pathway and regulating IRS1/PI3K/Akt2 signaling pathway, promote insulin secretion, reduce insulin resistance, reduce inflammatory response, and regulate intestinal flora in various ways to play a role in the prevention and treatment of diabetes. This article reviews the mechanism of cinnamaldehyde in prevention and treatment of diabetes, and provides evidence-based support for the clinical application of cinnamaldehyde.
