目的 探討頸復(fù)康顆粒聯(lián)合神經(jīng)妥樂平治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的臨床療效。方法 選擇2020年6月—2022年6月河南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第三附屬醫(yī)院收治的60例神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（30例）和治療組（30例）。對(duì)照組口服神經(jīng)妥樂平片，4片/次，2次/d。在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服頸復(fù)康顆粒，1袋/次，2次/d。兩組服用藥物14 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀改善時(shí)間，頸椎功能障礙指數(shù)評(píng)分（NDI）和視覺模擬疼痛評(píng)分（VAS），及血清炎性因子白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、丙二醛（MDA）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和皮質(zhì)醇（Cor）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為96.67%，顯著高于對(duì)照組（73.33%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀改善時(shí)間均明顯早于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者NDI評(píng)分和VAS評(píng)分均明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清炎性因子IL-1β、MDA和TNF-α水平明顯降低，而Cor水平明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組IL-1β、MDA、TNF-α和Cor水平明顯好于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 神經(jīng)妥樂平聯(lián)合頸復(fù)康顆粒治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病效果確切，可減輕患者疼痛，有效改善患者炎性因子水平，頸椎功能恢復(fù)良好。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Jingfukang Granules combined with neurotropin in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Patients (60 cases) with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control (30 cases) and treatment (30 cases) group. Patients in the control group was po administered with Neurotropin Tablets, 4 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jingfukang Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the improvement time of symptom, NDI score and VAS score, the levels of serum factor IL-1β, MDA, TNF-α, and Cor in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of symptom in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of NDI and VAS in two groups were significantly decreased, and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-1β, MDA, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of Cor was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the levels of IL-1β, MDA, TNF-α, and Cor in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of neurotropin combined with Jingfukang Granules in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is accurate, which can relieve the pain of patients, effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors, and the function of cervical vertebra recovers well.
