目的 探討舒肝解郁膠囊聯(lián)合圣·約翰草提取物片治療抑郁癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年7月—2020年12月衡水市第七人民醫(yī)院收治的200例抑郁癥患者，按隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各100例。對照組口服圣·約翰草提取物片，1片/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服舒肝解郁膠囊，2粒/次，每日早晚各1次。兩組療程均為6周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組17項漢密爾頓抑郁量表（HAMD-17）、90項癥狀自評量表（SCL-90）評分、匹茲堡睡眠質量指數(shù)（PSQI）、36項健康調查簡表（SF-36）總分。統(tǒng)計兩組不良反應情況。結果 治療后，治療組總有效率是92.00%，較對照組的82.00%顯著提高（P<0.05）。治療2、4、6周后兩組HAMD-17評分均顯著降低（P<0.05），均以治療組下降更顯著（P<0.05）。治療后兩組SCL-90中各因子（包括抑郁、人際關系敏感、軀體化、精神病性、強迫癥狀等）評分及其總評分均顯著降低（P<0.05），均以治療組下降更顯著（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組PSQI總分均顯著降低，SF-36總分均顯著提高（P<0.05），均以治療組改善更顯著（P<0.05）。治療過程中，治療組不良反應發(fā)生率是3.00%，顯著高于對照組的2.00%；兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結論 舒肝解郁膠囊聯(lián)合圣·約翰草提取物片能有效提高抑郁癥患者的總體療效，減輕抑郁癥狀，改善心理健康狀況、睡眠質量及生活質量，控制病情發(fā)展，且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Extract of St. John's Wort Tablets in treatment of depression. Methods A total of 200 patients with depression admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Hengshui from July 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 100 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Extract of St. John's Wort Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shugan Jieyu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, once in the morning and once in the evening. The treatment course of both groups was 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the total scores of 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17), 90 items of Self-Symptom Rating Scale (SCL-90), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and 36 items of Health survey Brief Form (SF-36) were compared before and after treatment. The adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.00%, significantly higher than that of the control group (82.00%) (P < 0.05). After 2, 4 and 6 weeks of treatment, HAMD-17 scores in both groups were significantly decreased (P< 0.05), and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the scores of all factors (including depression, interpersonal sensitivity, somatization, psychosis, obsessive-compulsive symptoms) in SCL-90 and their total scores were significantly decreased in the two groups (P < 0.05), and they were more significantly decreased in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the total score of PSQI was significantly decreased, but the total score of SF-36 was significantly increased in both groups (P < 0.05), and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (2.00%). There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Extract of St. John's Wort Tablets can effectively improve the overall efficacy of patients with depression, and can reduce depressive symptoms, improve mental health, sleep quality and life quality, and can control the development of the disease, which has high safety.
