目的 探討尼達(dá)尼布不良反應(yīng)特點(diǎn)及規(guī)律，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 檢索2014年10月—2023年3月中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、萬(wàn)方、維普網(wǎng)、PubMed、Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中收集尼達(dá)尼布致不良反應(yīng)的個(gè)案報(bào)道的文獻(xiàn)，提取文獻(xiàn)資料，對(duì)其進(jìn)行回顧性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 共收集到14篇文獻(xiàn)，其中男性患者10例，女性患者4例，平均年齡（66.21±14.73）歲。大多數(shù)不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生在用藥30 d內(nèi)，主要累及消化系統(tǒng)（7例）、泌尿系統(tǒng)（4例）。結(jié)論 尼達(dá)尼布可致多種說(shuō)明書(shū)未記載的不良反應(yīng)，因此，實(shí)際臨床應(yīng)用中，應(yīng)加強(qiáng)用藥監(jiān)護(hù)，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)，及時(shí)治療，及時(shí)報(bào)道，保障患者用藥安全。

Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions induced by nintedanib, and provide reference for the clinical medication. Methods The case report of adverse drug reactions caused by nintedanib were searched in databases such as CNKI, Wan fang Data, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science from October 2014 to March 2023, and the liter-ature was extracted for retrospective statistical analysis. Results A total of 14 publications were collected, including 10 male patients and 4 female patients with a mean age of (66.21 ±14.73) years. Most adverse drug reactions occurred within 30 d of drug administration and mainly involved the digestive system (7 cases) and the urinary system (4 cases). Conclusion Nintedanib can cause a variety of adverse drug reactions, which are not described in the instructions. Therefore, in actual clinical application, medication monit-oring should be strengthened, timely detection, timely treatment and timely reporting to ensure the safety of patients' medication.
