[摘要]
目的 建立離子色譜–抑制電導(dǎo)法同時(shí)測(cè)定硫酸鎂鈉鉀口服用濃溶液中鎂、鈉、鉀離子的方法。方法 采用Dionex IonPacTM CS12A色譜柱(250 mm×4 mm),Dionex IonPacTM CG12A保護(hù)柱(50 mm×4 mm);以甲烷磺酸溶液為洗脫液,梯度洗脫,體積流量為1.0 mL/min,柱溫30 ℃,檢測(cè)池溫度35 ℃,電導(dǎo)檢測(cè)器,抑制器為Dionex CDRS 600 4 mm,電流值117 mA,進(jìn)樣體積為25 μL。結(jié)果 鎂在0.72~1.08μg/mL、鈉在12.80~19.20 μg/mL、鉀在3.20~4.80 μg/mL線性關(guān)系良好,平均回收率分別為101.0%、100.7%、102.9%,RSD值分別為1.4%、1.4%、0.7%。結(jié)論 該方法簡(jiǎn)單、快速、準(zhǔn)確,能夠有效地控制硫酸鎂鈉鉀口服用濃溶液中鎂、鈉、鉀離子。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish method for simultaneous determination of magnesium, sodium, potassium ions in Magnesium Sulfate, Sodium Sulfate and Potassium Sulfate concentrate Oral Solution by ion chromatography-suppressed conductivity (IC-CD). Methods The assay was performed on an Dionex IonPacTM CS12A (250 mm×4 mm) and guard column Dionex IonPacTM CG12A (50 mm×4 mm). Methane sulfonic acid solution was used as eluent by gradient elution. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and column temperature was 30℃. Detection cell temperature was set at 35℃, conductivity detector was used, and suppressor conductivity detector was Dionex CDRS 600 4 mm. Current value was 117 mA, and injection volume was 25 μL. Results There was good linear relationship between magnesium at 0.72-1.08 μg/mL, sodium at 12.80-19.20 μg/mL, and potassium at 3.20-4.80 μg/mL. Their average recoveries were 101.0%, 100.7%, and 102.9%, with RSD values of 1.4%, 1.4%, and 0.7%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, and accurate, and can effectively control magnesium, sodium, potassium ions in Magnesium Sulfate, Sodium Sulfate and Potassium Sulfate concentrate Oral Solution.
