目的 探討正柴胡飲顆粒聯(lián)合復(fù)方氨酚烷胺膠囊治療流行性感冒的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年11月—2022年12月河南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第三附屬醫(yī)院收治的122例感冒患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各61例。對(duì)照組口服復(fù)方氨酚烷胺膠囊，1粒/次，2次/d。在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服正柴胡飲顆粒，3 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者治療5 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間，血清因子C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、降鈣素原（PCT）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）水平，及不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者臨床有效率（98.36%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（85.26%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間均早于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清因子IL-6、PCT、TNF-α、CRP水平均明顯低于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組患者血清因子水平均明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為6.57%，明顯低于對(duì)照組發(fā)生率（11.48%，P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方氨酚烷胺膠囊聯(lián)合正柴胡飲顆粒治療流行性感冒效果確切，較快緩解感冒癥狀，并能有效降低機(jī)體炎性反應(yīng)。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Zhengchai Huyin Granules combined with Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride Capsules in treatment of influenza. Methods Patients (122 cases) with influenza in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 61 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride Capsules, 1 grain/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zhengchai Huyin Granules on the basis of the control group, 3 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the improvement time of symptom, the serum factors IL-6, PCT, TNF-α and CRP levels, and adverse reaction in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (98.36%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.26%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of symptom in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, PCT, TNF-α and CRP in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of serum factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.57%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (11.48%, P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with Zhengchai Huyin Granules in treatment of influenza is effective in relieving cold symptoms and effectively reducing inflammatory reaction.
