目的 探討桑枝總生物堿片聯(lián)合達(dá)格列凈片治療2型糖尿病的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年4月1日—2021年12月31日三門峽市中醫(yī)院收治的84例2型糖尿病患者，將所有患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各42例。對(duì)照組每日早晨口服達(dá)格列凈片，10 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服桑枝總生物堿片，起始劑量1片/次，持續(xù)治療4周后，劑量調(diào)整為2片/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療24周。考察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組的生活質(zhì)量、血糖指標(biāo)、氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率為95.24%，對(duì)照組的總有效率為80.95%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的糖尿病生存質(zhì)量特異性量表（DSQL）評(píng)分明顯低于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組的DSQL評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）均顯著降低（P＜0.05），且治療組FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清谷胱甘肽過氧化酶（GSH-Px）、總抗氧化能力（TAOC）水平高于治療前，蛋白氧化終產(chǎn)物（AOPPs）水平低于治療前（P＜0.05）；治療組的血清GSH-Px、TAOC水平高于對(duì)照組，血清AOPPs水平低于對(duì)照組，組間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 桑枝總生物堿片聯(lián)合達(dá)格列凈片治療2型糖尿病具有較好的臨床療效，能改善患者生活質(zhì)量，顯著降低血糖水平，降低氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mulberry Twig Alkaloids Tablets combined with Dapagliflozin Tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Patients (84 cases) with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Sanmenxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 42 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Dapagliflozin Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Mulberry Twig Alkaloids Tablets on the basis of the control group, with the initial dose 1 tablet/time. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the dose was adjusted to 2 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 24 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and quality of life, blood glucose indicators, and oxidative stress indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24%, that of the control group was 80.95%, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, DSQL scores of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and DSQL scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, FPG, 2 h PG, and HbA1c in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and FPG, 2 h PG, and HbA1c in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of GSH-Px and TAOC in two groups were higher than those before treatment, but the serum levels of AOPPs in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). The serum levels of GSH-Px and TAOC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but the serum levels of AOPPs in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mulberry Twig Alkaloids Tablets combined with Dapagliflozin Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, improve the quality of life of patients, significantly reduce the blood sugar level and reduce oxidative stress reaction.
