目的 探討槐杞黃顆粒聯(lián)合復(fù)方倍他米松注射液治療白癜風(fēng)的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年5月—2022年10月在黑龍江省醫(yī)院南崗院區(qū)就診的白癜風(fēng)患者70例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各35例。對(duì)照組患者im復(fù)方倍他米松注射液，1 mL/次，每月1次，共3次；同時(shí)給予CO₂點(diǎn)陣激光治療，之后用復(fù)方倍他米松注射液外敷治療處，每月1次，共3次。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服槐杞黃顆粒，2袋/次，2次/d。兩組患者均治療3個(gè)月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者T細(xì)胞亞群變化和白斑面積和復(fù)色率。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者總有效率為91.43%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的65.71%（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組CD8^＋ T細(xì)胞占比顯著低于治療前，而兩組CD3^＋和CD4^＋ T細(xì)胞占比顯著升高，CD4^＋/CD8^＋ T細(xì)胞值也均顯著增高（P＜0.05）；且治療組T細(xì)胞亞群變化明顯好于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組皮損均明顯縮?。?i>P＜0.05），治療組白斑面積小于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05），治療組的復(fù)色率明顯高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 槐杞黃顆粒聯(lián)合復(fù)方倍他米松注射液治療白癜風(fēng)療效顯著，可調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體免疫功能，縮小白斑面積，提高復(fù)色率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huaiqihuang Granules combined with compound betamethasone in treatment of vitiligo. Methods Patients (70 cases) with vitiligo in Nangang District of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 35 cases. Patients in the control group were intramuscular injection administered with Compound Betamethasone Injection, 1 mL/time, once monthly for 3 months. They were given CO₂ lattice laser treatment, followed by external application of Compound Betamethasone Injection, once monthly for 3 months. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huaiqihuang Granules on the basis of the control group, 2 bags/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the changes of T cell subsets and white spot area and re pigmentation rate in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (65.71%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the proportion of CD8⁺ T cells in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, while the proportion of CD3⁺ and CD4⁺ T cells and the ratio of CD4⁺/CD8⁺ T cells in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the change of T cell subsets in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the skin lesions in two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), the leukoplakia area of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the color recovery rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Huaiqihuang Granules combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection is effective in treatment of vitiligo, which can regulate the immune function of the body, reduce the area of leukoplakia and improve the recovery rate.
