他汀類藥物屬于3-羥基-3-甲基戊二酸單酰輔酶A還原酶抑制劑,近年來大量的臨床研究顯示,他汀類藥物也具備抗腫瘤作用。他汀類藥物可以通過抑制腫瘤細胞增殖、促進腫瘤細胞凋亡、抑制腫瘤細胞侵襲和遷移、抗腫瘤血管生成、增強抗腫瘤免疫等發(fā)揮抗腫瘤作用。因此總結了他汀類藥物的抗腫瘤作用機制,期望為他汀類藥物進一步應用于腫瘤的治療提供科學依據(jù)和理論支撐。

Statins are classified as inhibitors of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase. In recent years, a large number of clinical studies have shown that statins also have anti-tumor effects. Statins have anti-tumor effects by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, promoting tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor cell invasion and migration, resisting tumor angiogenesis, and enhancing anti-tumor immunity. This article summarizes the anti-tumor mechanism of statins, hoping to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the further application of statins in treatment of tumors.
