[摘要]
他汀類藥物屬于3-羥基-3-甲基戊二酸單酰輔酶A還原酶抑制劑,近年來(lái)大量的臨床研究顯示,他汀類藥物也具備抗腫瘤作用。他汀類藥物可以通過(guò)抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞增殖、促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡、抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞侵襲和遷移、抗腫瘤血管生成、增強(qiáng)抗腫瘤免疫等發(fā)揮抗腫瘤作用。因此總結(jié)了他汀類藥物的抗腫瘤作用機(jī)制,期望為他汀類藥物進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用于腫瘤的治療提供科學(xué)依據(jù)和理論支撐。

[Abstract]
Statins are classified as inhibitors of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase. In recent years, a large number of clinical studies have shown that statins also have anti-tumor effects. Statins have anti-tumor effects by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, promoting tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor cell invasion and migration, resisting tumor angiogenesis, and enhancing anti-tumor immunity. This article summarizes the anti-tumor mechanism of statins, hoping to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the further application of statins in treatment of tumors.
