目的 探討丹鹿通督片聯(lián)合甲鈷胺片治療腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥的臨床研究。方法 選取2021年3月-2023年3月中國(guó)人民解放軍聯(lián)勤保障部隊(duì)第九二八醫(yī)院收治的136例腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者，隨機(jī)法分為對(duì)照組（68例）和治療組（68例）。對(duì)照組患者口服甲鈷胺片，1片/次，3次/d。在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服丹鹿通督片，4片/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)服藥28 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀緩解時(shí)間，疼痛視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分和Oswestry功能障礙指數(shù)評(píng)分（ODI）評(píng)分，血清炎性因子轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子-β1（TGF-β1）、β-內(nèi)啡肽（β-EP）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）和神經(jīng)肽（NPY）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是98.53%明顯高于對(duì)照組的85.25%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組腰背痛、坐骨神經(jīng)痛、下肢麻木、大小腿無(wú)力緩解時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者VAS評(píng)分、ODI評(píng)分均明顯低于治療前（P<0.05），且治療組評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清炎性因子IL-6、NPY、TGF-β1水平均低于治療前，而β-EP水平高于治療前（P<0.05），且治療組明顯好于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 丹鹿通督片聯(lián)合甲鈷胺片治療腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥效果確切，可有效緩解臨床癥狀，有效減輕腰部疼痛狀態(tài)，并減弱炎癥反應(yīng)，促使腰部功能增強(qiáng)。

Objective To explore the clinical research on Danlu Tongdu Tablets combined with Mecobalamin Tablets in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Patients (136 cases) with lumbar disc herniation in the 928th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control (68 cases) and treatment (68 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Mecobalamin Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danlu Tongdu Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the relief time of symptom, VAS scores and ODI scores, serum IL-6, NPY, TGF-β1, and β-EP levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (98.53%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.25%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the relief time of low back pain, sciatica, lower limb numbness and high leg weakness in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of VAS and ODI in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the average levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6, NPY, and TGF-β1 in two groups were lower than those before treatment, while level of β-EP was higher (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P< 0.05) Conclusion Danlu Tongdu Tablets combined with Mecobalamin Tablets are effective in synergistic treatment, which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, effectively relieve lumbar pain, weaken inflammatory reaction and enhance lumbar function.
