目的 探討女珍顆粒聯(lián)合艾司唑侖治療肝腎陰虛型更年期失眠癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年1月-2022年12月張家口市第四醫(yī)院收治的130例肝腎陰虛型更年期失眠癥患者，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各65例。對照組口服艾司唑侖片，2 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在此基礎上口服女珍顆粒，6 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均持續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者睡眠狀況，神經(jīng)遞質β-內啡肽（β-EP）、5-羥色胺（5-HT）水平。結果 治療后，治療組患者總有效率較對照組顯著升高（98.46%vs 89.23%，P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者睡眠效率（SE）明顯高于治療前，而睡眠潛伏期（SL）、覺醒次數(shù)（AT）、覺醒時間（AWT）和REW睡眠潛伏期（RL）均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組患者睡眠狀況明顯好于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組β-EP和5-HT水平較治療前均明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療組明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）。結論 女珍顆粒聯(lián)合艾司唑侖治療肝腎陰虛型更年期失眠癥療效和安全性均較高，其不僅能有效提高患者睡眠質量，同時還能改善患者神經(jīng)遞質水平。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Nvzhen Granules combined with estazolam in treatment of menopausal insomnia of yin deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods Patients (130 cases) with menopausal insomnia of yin deficiency of liver and kidney in the NO.4 Hospital of Zhangjiakou from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 65 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Estazolam Tablets, 2 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Nvzhen Granules on the basis of the control group, 6 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the sleep status, the levels β-EP and 5-HT in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (98.46% vs 89.23%, P < 0.05). After treatment, SE in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, while SL, AT, AWT, and RL were significantly decreased in both groups (P < 0.05), and the sleep status of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the levels of β-EP and 5-HT in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nvzhen Granules combined with estazolam has high efficacy and safety in treatment of menopausal insomnia of yin deficiency of liver and kidney, which can not only effectively improve the sleep quality of patients, but also improve the level of neurotransmitters.
