目的 探討便通片聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌乳桿菌三聯(lián)活菌片治療慢性功能性便秘的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年1月-2022年12月明光市人民醫(yī)院收治的78例慢性功能性便秘患者，隨機分為對照組（39例）和治療組（39例）；對照組患者口服雙歧桿菌乳桿菌三聯(lián)活菌片，4片/次，3次/d。在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服便通片，3片/次，2次/d；兩組治療5 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀緩解時間，生活質(zhì)量評分，及C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）和胃泌素（GAS）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者臨床有效率為97.44%，明顯高于對照組（76.92%，P<0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀緩解時間均明顯早于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者慢性便秘生活質(zhì)量自評（PAC-QOL）量表各項目評分均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者CRP水平均低于治療前，而GAS水平均高于治療前（P<0.05），且治療組患者CRP和GAS水平明顯好于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 便通片聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌乳桿菌三聯(lián)活菌片治療慢性功能性便秘效果確切，可有效緩解便秘癥狀，能促使胃腸功能改善明顯，并有效減弱炎性反應(yīng)，患者生活質(zhì)量改善顯著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Biantong Tablets combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets in treatment of chronic functional constipation. Methods Patients (78 cases) with chronic functional constipation in Mingguang People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control (39 cases) and treatment (39 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Biantong Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the relief time of symptom, PAC-QOL scores, the levels of CRP and GAS in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.44%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.92%, P< 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of PAC-QOL in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP in two groups were lower than those before treatment, while the levels of GAS were higher (P < 0.05), and the levels of CRP and GAS in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Biantong Tablets combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets in treatment of chronic functional constipation is effective, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of constipation, improve gastrointestinal function significantly, and effectively weaken the inflammatory reaction, and the quality of life of patients is significantly improved.
