目的 探討益氣維血膠囊聯(lián)合復(fù)方硫酸亞鐵顆粒治療妊娠期缺鐵性貧血的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年4月-2022年12月邢臺市第三醫(yī)院收治的82例妊娠期缺鐵性貧血患者，根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各41例。對照組患者溫水沖服復(fù)方硫酸亞鐵顆粒，1袋/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服益氣維血膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組連續(xù)治療2個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后紅細胞計數(shù)（RBC）、血紅蛋白（Hb）、平均紅細胞血紅蛋白濃度（MCHC）、紅細胞比容（HCT）、鐵調(diào)素、可溶性轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白受體（sTfR）、鐵蛋白（SF）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率為95.12%，對照組的總有效率為80.49%，組間比較差異顯著（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的RBC、Hb、MCHC、HCT高于治療前（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的RBC、Hb、MCHC、HCT高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組鐵調(diào)素、SF高于治療前，sTfR低于治療前（P<0.05）；治療組的鐵調(diào)素、SF高于對照組，sTfR低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 益氣維血膠囊聯(lián)合復(fù)方硫酸亞鐵顆粒治療妊娠期缺鐵性貧血的療效確切，能提高RBC、Hb水平，改善鐵代謝水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Weixue Capsules combined with Compound Ferrous Sulfate Granules on iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy. Methods Patients (82 cases) with iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy in Xingtai Third Hospital from April 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Ferrous Sulfate Granules, 1 bag/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yiqi Weixue Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the RBC, Hb, MCHC, HCT, ferromodulin, sTfR, and SF in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 95.12%, while that of the control group was 80.49%, with significant differences between the groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, RBC, Hb, MCHC, and HCT of two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, RBC, Hb, MCHC, and HCT of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, HAMP and SF in two groups were higher than those before treatment, but sTfR in two groups was lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). HAMP and SF in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, but sTfR in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Weixue Capsules combined with Compound Ferrous Sulfate Granules is effective in treatment of iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy, can increase RBC and Hb levels, improve iron metabolism levels.
