第3代二肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)抑制劑替格列汀是治療2型糖尿病的有效藥物之一,能夠抑制DPP-4酶活性,減少胰高血糖素樣肽-1(GLP-1)和葡萄糖依賴性促胰島素分泌多肽(GIP)的降解,改善高血糖,修復(fù)β細(xì)胞功能。替格列汀具有獨(dú)特的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)和藥動(dòng)學(xué)特征。歸納了替格列汀在2型糖尿病特殊人群中的應(yīng)用,如腎功能不全者、肝功能不全者以及不同年齡、性別、種族患者,希望為患2型糖尿病特殊人群提供一種有效、安全、長(zhǎng)效的降糖藥物新選擇。

Teneligliptin, the third generation dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor, is one of the effective drugs for treatment of type 2 diabetes. It can inhibit the activity of DPP-4 enzyme, reduce the degradation of GLP-1 and GIP, improve hyperglycemia, and repair β-cell function. Teneligliptin has unique chemical structure and pharmacokinetic characteristics. This article summarized the application of teneligliptin in specific population with 2 diabetes, such as patients with renal insufficiency, liver insufficiency, and patients of different ages, genders, and races, hoping to provide a new choice of effective, safe, and long-term hypoglycemic drugs for special population with type 2 diabetes.
