目的 探討熱淋清顆粒聯(lián)合氨芐西林膠囊治療急性泌尿系統(tǒng)感染的臨床效果。方法 選取2020年1月—2022年10月上海市浦東新區(qū)浦南醫(yī)院收治的急性泌尿系統(tǒng)感染患者共106例，依據(jù)藥物治療方案的差異將其分為對照組（53例）和治療組（53例）。對照組患者口服氨芐西林膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上沖服熱淋清顆粒，2袋/次，3次/d。兩組持續(xù)治療2周。比較兩組的總有效率、臨床癥狀改善情況、尿液細(xì)菌學(xué)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率（96.23%）較對照組（81.13%）明顯升高（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組體溫恢復(fù)時間、尿常規(guī)恢復(fù)時間、尿路刺激征消失時間短于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者尿細(xì)菌計數(shù)、尿中白細(xì)胞計數(shù)均明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組上述指標(biāo)明顯好于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 熱淋清顆粒聯(lián)合氨芐西林膠囊治療急性泌尿系統(tǒng)感染療效良好，可縮短患者臨床癥狀持續(xù)時間，改善患者尿液細(xì)菌學(xué)指標(biāo)。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Relinqing Granules combined with Ampicillin Capsules in treatment of acute urinary system infection. Methods A total of 106 patients with acute urinary tract infections admitted to Shanghai Punan Hospital of Pudong New District from January 2020 to October 2022 were divided into control (53 cases) and treatment groups (53 cases) according to differences in drug treatment plans. Patients in the control group were orally given Ampicillin Capsules, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Relinqing Granules on the basis of the control group, 2 bags/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacies, the clinical symptom improvement, and urinary bacteriological indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (96.23%) was significantly higher than 81.13% of the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the recovery time of body temperature, urine routine recovery time, and disappearance time of urinary tract irritation in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of urinary bacteria count and urinary white blood cell count in both groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05), and the above indicators in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Relinqing Granules and Ampicillin Capsules has a good therapeutic effect on acute urinary system infection, which can improve the clinical symptoms and urine bacteriology indicators of patients.
