心力衰竭是高血壓、缺血性心臟病、瓣膜性心臟病、冠心病等各種心血管事件常見的終末期臨床表現(xiàn),病理特征以進行性心功能不全和心肌重塑為主。姜黃素可通過抗心肌肥大和纖維化,增強細胞自噬,降低氧化應激反應,減輕心肌炎性損傷,調節(jié)Ca2+-ATP酶活性,上調Dickkopf相關蛋白3的表達,多途徑防治心力衰竭,進一步阻止心肌重塑,改善心功能。總結了姜黃素防治心力衰竭的研究情況,分析其作用機制,為姜黃素的臨床運用提供支持。

Heart failure is a common end-stage clinical manifestation of various cardiovascular events, such as hypertension, ischemic heart disease, valvular heart disease, and coronary heart disease. Its pathological features are mainly progressive cardiac insufficiency and myocardial remodeling. Curcumin can inhibit myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis, enhance autophagy, reduce oxidative stress, alleviate myocardial inflammatory damage, regulate Ca2+-ATP ase activity, up-regulate DKK-3 expression, prevent and treat heart failure in multiple ways, further prevent myocardial remodeling, and improve cardiac function. This article summarizes the research progress of curcumin in prevention and treatment of heart failure, analyzes its mechanism of action, and provides support for the clinical application of curcumin.
