目的 探討復(fù)方鹿茸健骨膠囊聯(lián)合唑來膦酸注射液治療骨質(zhì)疏松癥的臨床療效。方法 選取唐山市人民醫(yī)院2020年8月—2023年2月收治的132例骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者，根據(jù)計(jì)算機(jī)隨機(jī)排列法將患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，各66例。對(duì)照組患者靜脈滴注唑來膦酸注射液，1支/次，1次/4周。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方鹿茸健骨膠囊，5粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療6個(gè)月。比較兩組的臨床療效、疼痛程度、骨密度、血清骨代謝指標(biāo)和血清炎癥反應(yīng)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率（92.42%）比對(duì)照組高（80.30%），組間差異顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的數(shù)字疼痛強(qiáng)度量表（NRS）評(píng)分均低于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組的NRS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組粗隆、股骨頸、腰椎的骨密度比治療前大（P＜0.05），且治療組粗隆、股骨頸、腰椎的骨密度比對(duì)照組更大（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清骨鈣素（BGP）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、白細(xì)胞介素-17（IL-17）水平顯著降低，血清骨特異性堿性磷酸酶（BALP）、骨保護(hù)素（OPG）水平顯著升高（P＜0.05）；治療組的血清BGP、MMP-9、IL-17水平低于對(duì)照組，血清BALP、OPG水平高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方鹿茸健骨膠囊聯(lián)合唑來膦酸注射液可顯著提高骨質(zhì)疏松癥的療效，進(jìn)一步提高骨密度，調(diào)節(jié)骨代謝水平，降低炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Lurong Jiangu Capsules combined with Zoledronic Acid Injection in treatment of osteoporosis. Methods Patients (132 cases) with osteoporosis in Tangshan People's Hospital from August 2020 to February 2023 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the computer random arrangement method, and each group had 66 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Zoledronic Acid Injection, 1 dose/time, once every 4 weeks. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Lurong Jiangu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. The clinical efficacies, pain level, bone density, serum bone metabolism indicators, and serum inflammatory response indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (92.42%) was higher than that of the control group (80.30%), and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, NRS score of two groups was lower than before treatment (P < 0.05), and NRS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the bone density of trochanter, femoral neck, and lumbar spine in both groups was higher than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the bone density of trochanter, femoral neck, and lumbar spine in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of BGP, MMP-9, and IL-17 were lower than before treatment, but the levels of BALP and OPG were higher than before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of BGP, MMP-9, and IL-17 in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but the levels of BALP and OPG were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Lurong Jiangu Capsules combined with Zoledronic Acid Injection can significantly improve the curative effect of osteoporosis, further improve bone density, regulate bone metabolism and reduce inflammation.
