急性心肌梗死是臨床上常見(jiàn)心血管系統(tǒng)危急重癥,但再灌注過(guò)程往往導(dǎo)致心肌缺血再灌注損傷。葛根素是一種從葛根中提取的異黃酮化合物,藥理作用廣泛,可通過(guò)抗氧化應(yīng)激、抗炎、抑制自噬反應(yīng)、抑制鐵死亡等機(jī)制減輕心肌缺血再灌注損傷。總結(jié)了葛根素保護(hù)心肌缺血再灌注損傷的作用機(jī)制,以期為葛根素臨床治療急性心肌梗死提供參考。

Acute myocardial infarction is a common critical condition of the cardiovascular system in clinical practice, but the reperfusion process often leads to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Puerarin is an isoflavone compound extracted from Puerariae Radix, with a wide range of pharmacological effects. Puerarin can alleviate myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury through mechanisms such as anti- oxidative stress, anti-inflammatory response, inhibition of autophagy, and inhibition of ferroptosis. This article summarizes the mechanism of puerarin in protecting against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of acute myocardial infarction with puerarin.
