目的 探討生肌愈皮軟膏聯(lián)合重組牛堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子眼用凝膠治療慢性潰瘍創(chuàng)面的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年2月—2023年1月唐山中心醫(yī)院收治的慢性潰瘍創(chuàng)面患者98例，依據(jù)用藥情況分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各49例。對(duì)照組患者給予重組牛堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子眼用凝膠，每次300 IU/cm²，1次/d。在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組給予生肌愈皮軟膏，1次/d。兩組患者用藥14 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀改善時(shí)間，視覺模擬疼痛（VAS）評(píng)分和生活質(zhì)量量表（QOL）評(píng)分，及血清表皮生長(zhǎng)因子（EGF）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）和基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床總有效率為93.87%，明顯高于對(duì)照組（81.63%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀改善時(shí)間均明顯短于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評(píng)分明顯降低，而QOL評(píng)分明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組VAS和QOL評(píng)分明顯好于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清IL-1β、MMP-9和TNF-α水平明顯降低，而EGF水平明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組血清學(xué)水平明顯好于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 生肌愈皮軟膏聯(lián)合重組牛堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子眼用凝膠協(xié)同治療，能對(duì)潰瘍創(chuàng)面患者癥狀較好改善，創(chuàng)面疼痛程度減輕，生活質(zhì)量提升明顯。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shengji Yupi Ointment combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye-Gel in treatment of chronic ulcer on body surface. Methods Patients (98 cases) with chronic ulcer on body surface in Tangshan Central Hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were divided into control and treatment group based on different treatments, and each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye-Gel, 300 IU/cm²/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Shengji Yupi Ointment on the basis of the control group, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the symptom relief time, the scores of VAS and QOL, and the levels of serum IL-1β, MMP-9, TNF-α and EGF in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.87%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.63%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom improvement in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the two groups was significantly decreased, while the QOL score was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the VAS and QOL scores of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-1β, MMP-9 and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of EGF was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the serological level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye-Gel and Shengji Yupi Ointment can improve the symptoms of ulcer patients, reduce the degree of wound pain and improve the quality of life obviously.
