[摘要]
目的 優(yōu)化荊芥穗揮發(fā)油β-環(huán)糊精包合物的高速剪切包合工藝。方法 在單因素考察的基礎(chǔ)上,以包合物收率、胡薄荷酮包合率的綜合評(píng)分為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),以β-環(huán)糊精與揮發(fā)油倍量比、剪切轉(zhuǎn)速和剪切包合時(shí)間為考察因素,采用Box-Behnken響應(yīng)面法進(jìn)行包合工藝優(yōu)化,通過(guò)Design-Expert 13軟件分析各因素的交互作用優(yōu)選最佳工藝條件。結(jié)果 采用高速剪切法制備荊芥穗揮發(fā)油β-環(huán)糊精包合物的最佳工藝參數(shù)為β-環(huán)糊精與揮發(fā)油倍量比為8∶1,β-環(huán)糊精與純化水倍量比1∶8,剪切包合時(shí)間40 min,剪切轉(zhuǎn)速為7 700 r/min。結(jié)論 優(yōu)化后的工藝包合率和收率較高,工藝合理可行,對(duì)后續(xù)產(chǎn)品的研究和生產(chǎn)具有一定指導(dǎo)作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize the high-speed shear inclusion process on Schizonepetae Spica volatile oil - β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex. Methods On the basis of single factor test, the inclusion process was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method with the comprehensive score of inclusion complex yield and pulegone inclusion rate as the evaluation index, and mass ratio of β-cyclodextrin to volatile oil, shear speed, and shear time as the investigation factors. The optimum process conditions were selected by analyzing the interaction of various factors by Design-Expert 13 software. Results The optimum process parameters of preparing Schizonepetae Spica volatile oil - β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex by high-speed shearing method were as following: the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to volatile oil was 8∶1, the mass ratio of β-cyclodextrin to purified water was 1∶8, the shearing inclusion time was 40 min, and the shearing speed was 7 700 r/min. Conclusion The optimized process has high inclusion rate and inclusion yield, and the process is reasonable and feasible, which has a certain guiding role for the research and production of subsequent products.
