目的 探究安神補腦液聯(lián)用地西泮治療氣血兩虛型失眠癥患者的臨床效果。方法 選取2022年6月—2023年6月在聊城市第二人民醫(yī)院治療的氣血兩虛型失眠癥患者112例，根據(jù)治療方案分成對照組和治療組，每組各56例。對照組患者口服地西泮片，5 mg/次，2次/d；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服安神補腦液，10 mL/次，2次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者失眠程度、疲勞程度和生活質(zhì)量，血清5-羥色胺（5-HT）、腦源性神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子（BDNF）和γ-氨基丁酸（GABA）水平，以及血清促炎和抗炎細胞因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組總有效率分別為78.57%和94.64%，組間比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者ISI和MFI-20評分明顯降低，而WHOQOL-BREF評分明顯提升（P＜0.05），且治療組ISI評分、MFI-20評分和WHOQOL-BREF評分改善的更為明顯（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清5-HT、BDNF、GABA、腫瘤壞死因子-α（THF-α）和白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平明顯升高（P＜0.05），而白細胞介素-4（IL-4）和白細胞介素-10（IL-10）水平明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組血清學水平明顯好于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 安神補腦液聯(lián)合地西泮治療氣血兩虛型失眠癥療效顯著，不僅能夠顯著改善患者疲勞程度和生活質(zhì)量，同時還能夠促進血清學指標的恢復并有效改善體內(nèi)炎癥因子的平衡。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Anshen Bunao Liquid combined with diazepam in treatment of insomnia with qi and blood deficiency type. Methods Patients (112 cases) with insomnia with qi and blood deficiency type in Liaocheng Second People’s Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into control and treatment group based on different treatments, and each group had 56 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Diazepam Tablets, 5 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Anshen Bunao Liquid on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the insomnia, fatigue, and quality of life, the levels of serum 5-HT, BDNF and GABA, and the serum pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 78.57% and 94.64% respectively, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ISI and MFI-20 scores in two groups were significantly decreased, while the WHOQOL-BREF scores were significantly increased, and these scores in the treatment group were improved more significantly (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum 5-HT, BDNF, GABA, THF-α and IL-1β in two groups were significantly increased, while the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly decreased, and the level of serology in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Anshen Bunao Liquid and diazepam has a significant therapeutic effect on insomnia of qi and blood deficiency type, which can not only significantly improve the degree of fatigue and quality of life, but also promote the recovery of serological indexes and effectively improve the balance of inflammatory factors.
