橙花叔醇是一種倍半萜類天然產(chǎn)物,具有多種藥理作用,對神經(jīng)損傷具有良好的保護特性。橙花叔醇發(fā)揮神經(jīng)保護作用機制包括抑制氧化應激、抑制炎癥反應、改善神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)和抑制細胞凋亡、調(diào)節(jié)細胞色素P450酶活性??偨Y了橙花叔醇的神經(jīng)保護作用機制的研究進展,為橙花叔醇在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病治療中的應用提供理論依據(jù)。

Nerolidol is a natural sesquiterpene product with various pharmacological effects, and has good protective properties against nerve damage. The neuroprotective mechanism of nerolidol includes inhibiting oxidative stress, suppressing inflammatory response, improving neurotransmitters and preventing cell apoptosis, and regulating cytochrome P450 enzyme activity. This article summarizes the research progress on neuroprotective mechanism of nerolidol, providing a theoretical basis for its application in treatment of neurological diseases.
