目的 探討金喉健噴霧劑聯(lián)合甘桔冰梅片治療慢性咽炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年1月—2023年12月在青島市城陽(yáng)區(qū)人民醫(yī)院就診的98例慢性咽炎患者，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組49例。對(duì)照組口服甘桔冰梅片，2片/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上使用金喉健噴霧劑，2噴/次，3次/d。兩組患者持續(xù)治療30 d。比較兩組患者的臨床療效、癥狀緩解時(shí)間和血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為95.92%，對(duì)照組總有效率為81.63%，組間比較差異明顯（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組患者咽喉疼痛、干癢、黏膜充血、異物感緩解時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）水平升高，血清白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、分泌型免疫球蛋白A（sIgA）水平降低（P＜0.05）；治療組血清IL-2水平高于對(duì)照組，血清IL-6、sIgA水平低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 金喉健噴霧劑聯(lián)合甘桔冰梅片可提高慢性咽炎的療效，促進(jìn)癥狀改善，降低炎癥損傷。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jinhoujian Spray combined with Ganju Bingmei Tablets in treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods 98 Patients with chronic pharyngitis treated in Qingdao Chengyang District People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given Ganju Bingmei Tablets, 2 tablets/time, 3 times daily. On the basis of the control group, patients in the treatment group was treated with Jinhoujian Spray, 2 sprays/time, 3 times daily. The therapeutic effect, the duration of symptom remission, and serum levels of factors were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 81.63% in the control group, 95.92% in the treatment group, and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the relief time of sore throat, dry itching, mucosal congestion, and foreign body sensation in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-2 in two groups was higher than that before treatment, but the serum levels of IL-6 and sIgA in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-2 in the treatment group was higher than that of control group, but the serum levels of IL-6 and sIgA in the treatment group were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jinhoujian Spray combined with Ganju Bingmei Tablets can improve the curative effect of chronic pharyngitis, promote the improvement of symptoms, and reduce inflammation damage.
