霧化吸入給藥是治療呼吸道疾病的常用給藥方式，霧化吸入裝置包括超聲波霧化器、噴射霧化器和振動(dòng)篩網(wǎng)霧化器。在治療肺囊性纖維化、哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺動(dòng)脈高壓、肺炎、結(jié)核病和癌癥時(shí)，振動(dòng)篩網(wǎng)霧化器可以顯著縮短霧化時(shí)間，提高霧化效率，加快治療進(jìn)程。綜述了振動(dòng)篩網(wǎng)霧化器霧化吸入治療各種疾病的研究進(jìn)展，以期為振動(dòng)篩網(wǎng)霧化器的臨床使用提供參考。

Nebulized inhalation is a commonly used method for treating respiratory diseases. The atomization inhalation device includes ultrasonic nebulizers, jet nebulizers, and vibrating mesh nebulizers. The vibrating mesh nebulizer can significantly shorten the atomization time, improve the atomization efficiency, and accelerate the treatment process in treatment of pulmonary cystic fibrosis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary hypertension, pneumonia, tuberculosis and cancer. This article reviews the research progress of vibrating mesh nebulizer in treatment of various diseases by nebulization inhalation, in order to provide reference for the clinical use of vibrating screen nebulizers.
