[摘要]
目的 探討抗骨增生膠囊聯(lián)合洛索洛芬鈉治療早期膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年3月—2023年12月南京市中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院收治的106例早期膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(53例)和治療組(53例)。對(duì)照組口服洛索洛芬鈉片,60 mg/次,3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服抗骨增生膠囊,5粒/次,3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組牛津膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)估量表(OKS)評(píng)分、視覺模擬評(píng)分(VAS)、步態(tài)情況、血清炎癥指標(biāo)白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)及不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果 治療后,與對(duì)照組總有效率84.91%比較,治療組的總有效率(96.23%)明顯升高(P<0.05)。與治療前比較,治療后兩組OKS評(píng)分和VAS評(píng)分均明顯降低(P<0.05);且與對(duì)照組比較,治療后治療組的OKS評(píng)分和VAS評(píng)分更低(P<0.05)。與治療前比較,治療后兩組的步速、步長均增加(P<0.05);與對(duì)照組比較,治療后治療組的步速、步長增加更明顯(P<0.05)。與治療前比較,治療后兩組的IL-6、hs-CRP水平均明顯降低(P<0.05);與對(duì)照組比較,治療后治療組的IL-6、hs-CRP水平明顯更低(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 抗骨增生膠囊聯(lián)合洛索洛芬鈉治療早期膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎療效較好,能明顯減輕疼痛、改善膝關(guān)節(jié)功能和步態(tài)情況,降低炎癥反應(yīng),不良反應(yīng)少而輕微。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of anti osteoproliferative capsule combined with loxoprofen sodium in treatment of early knee osteoarthritis. Methods Patients (106 cases) with early knee osteoarthritis in Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group (53 cases) and treatment group (53 cases). Patients in control group were po administered with Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets, 60 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in treatment group were po administered with Kanggu Zengsheng Capsules on basis of control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, Oxford Knee Function Assessment Scale (OKS) scores, Visual Analog Scale (VAS), gait status, serum inflammatory levels interleukin-6 (IL-6), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, compared with the total effective rates (84.91%) in the control group, the total effective rates (96.23%) in the treatment group was higher significant (P < 0.05). Compared with those before treatment, OKS and VAS scores in the treatment group after treatment were lower significant (P < 0.05). Compared with those before treatment, step speed and step length in the treatment group after treatment were higher significant (P < 0.05), and step speed and step length in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP were significantly reduced in two groups (P < 0.05), and the levels of these indicators in the treatment group decreased more significantly than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kanggu Zengsheng Capsules combined with loxoprofen sodium has a good therapeutic effect on in treatment of early knee osteoarthritis, which can significantly reduce pain, improve knee joint function and gait, reduce inflammatory reactions, and have fewer and milder adverse reactions.
