[摘要]
目的 采用多指標(biāo)成分測(cè)定結(jié)合化學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)石菖蒲的質(zhì)量,并與偽品水菖蒲、金錢(qián)菖蒲進(jìn)行鑒別。方法 采用GC法測(cè)定石菖蒲中草蒿腦、甲基丁香酚、異丁香酚甲醚、γ-細(xì)辛醚、β-細(xì)辛醚、α-細(xì)辛醚6個(gè)成分,并結(jié)合偏最小二乘判別分析、正交偏最小二乘判別分析、層次聚類(lèi)分析評(píng)價(jià)石菖蒲,與其偽品水菖蒲、金錢(qián)菖蒲進(jìn)行鑒別。結(jié)果 石菖蒲、水菖蒲、金錢(qián)菖蒲分別聚為3類(lèi)。草蒿腦、β-細(xì)辛醚可以作為石菖蒲區(qū)別于常見(jiàn)偽品水菖蒲、金錢(qián)菖蒲的差異特征標(biāo)志物。結(jié)論 本方法簡(jiǎn)便、快速、穩(wěn)定,同時(shí)定量6個(gè)成分,可用于石菖蒲與常見(jiàn)偽品水菖蒲、金錢(qián)菖蒲的區(qū)分。

[Abstract]
Objective To evaluate the quality of Acorus tatarinowii by multi-index component analysis combined with chemometrics, and to identify it from the common counterfeit products A. calamus and A. gramineus. Methods A GC method was established to determine the contents of estragole, methyl eugenol, isoeugenol methyl ether, γ-asarone, β-asarone, and α-asarone in A. tatarinowii. The method was combined with partial least squares discriminant analysis, orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis, and hierarchical cluster analysis to identify A. tatarinowii from its counterfeit products A. calamus and A. gramineus. Results A. tatarinowii, A. calamus, and A. gramineu were respectively classified into three categories. Estragole and β-asarone could be used as differential characteristic markers to distinguish A. tatarinowii from common counterfeit products A. calamus and A. gramineus. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, and stable, and can quantify six components simultaneously. It can be used to distinguish A. tatarinowii from its counterfeit products A. calamus and A. gramineus.
