代謝綜合征是胰島素抵抗、肥胖等多種已知的心血管危險(xiǎn)因素同時(shí)在個(gè)體內(nèi)存在的狀態(tài)，其病情復(fù)雜，易誘發(fā)多種靶器官損害。胡椒堿屬于桂皮酰胺類生物堿，具有較強(qiáng)的生物活性，可以通過減輕胰島素抵抗、抗肥胖、抗高血脂、減輕代謝相關(guān)脂肪性肝病和抗高尿酸血癥顯著改善代謝綜合征。對胡椒堿改善代謝綜合征的藥理作用及其機(jī)制的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行歸納和綜述，以期為胡椒堿的深入研究和開發(fā)利用提供參考。

Metabolic syndrome is a complex condition characterized by the simultaneous occurrence of multiple known cardiovascular risk factors such as insulin resistance and obesity, which can easily lead to damage to multiple target organs. Piperine, a cinnamamide alkaloid with strong biological activity, significantly improves metabolic syndrome by alleviating insulin resistance, anti-obesity, antihyperlipidemia, reducing metabolic-associated fatty liver disease, and anti-hyperuricemia. This review summarizes the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of piperine in improving metabolic syndrome, aiming to provide a reference for its further research and practical application.
