[摘要]
目的 建立硫酸沙丁胺醇霧化吸入溶液在兒科臨床用藥中的量化評價體系,探討層次分析(AHP)-逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法評價硫酸沙丁胺醇霧化吸入溶液在兒科臨床應用的合理性。方法 依據(jù)硫酸沙丁胺醇霧化吸入溶液說明書及相關(guān)文獻,經(jīng)藥物合理應用評價小組專家研討,制定合理用藥評價標準。抽取成都市雙流區(qū)婦幼保健院2023年7月—2024年12月292份使用硫酸沙丁胺醇霧化吸入溶液的臨床病歷資料,利用AHP法確定評價標準中二級指標的相對權(quán)重,采用TOPSIS法對該藥物在兒科臨床應用情況進行客觀評價。結(jié)果 各二級指標的相對權(quán)重依次為0.126 7、0.109 1、0.120 0、0.095 4、0.060 4、0.042 7、0.086 9、0.068 4、0.054 5、0.037 0、0.034 4、0.076 9、0.047 6、0.039 9。硫酸沙丁胺醇霧化吸入溶液在兒科臨床應用合理性較高。結(jié)論 建立的AHP-TOPSIS法評價硫酸沙丁胺醇霧化吸入溶液在兒科臨床利用的合理性,為其合理用藥提供指導。

Objective To establish a quantitative evaluation system for Salbutamol Sulfate Nebules Inhalation Solution in pediatric clinical medication, and to explore the rationality of AHP-TOPSIS method in evaluating the clinical application of Salbutamol Sulfate Nebules Inhalation Solution in pediatrics. Methods According to the instructions of Salbutamol Sulfate Nebules Inhalation Solution and related literature, the evaluation standard of rational drug use was formulated by the expert discussion of the evaluation group of rational drug use. The clinical medical records of 292 cases of Salbutamol Sulfate Nebules Inhalation Solution in Chengdu Shuangliu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2023 to Dec 2024 were selected. The AHP method was used to determine the relative weight of the secondary indicators in the evaluation criteria, and the TOPSIS method was used to objectively evaluate the clinical application of the drug in pediatrics. Results The relative weights of each secondary index were 0.126 7, 0.109 1, 0.120 0, 0.095 4, 0.060 4, 0.042 7, 0.086 9, 0.068 4, 0.054 5, 0.037 0, 0.034 4, 0.076 9, 0.047 6, and 0.039 9, respectively. Salbutamol Sulfate Nebules Inhalation Solution has high rationality in pediatric clinical application. Conclusion The AHP-TOPSIS method was established to evaluate the rationality of the clinical use of Salbutamol Sulfate Nebules Inhalation Solution in pediatrics, and to provide guidance for its rational drug use.
