乳腺癌在全球范圍內(nèi)女性惡性腫瘤發(fā)病率排名首位?；瘜W(xué)藥物能殺滅腫瘤細(xì)胞、降低癌灶轉(zhuǎn)移復(fù)發(fā)、提高患者的生存率，但其產(chǎn)生的不良反應(yīng)、耐藥性也制約了患者用藥療效和適用范圍。β-欖香烯是從郁金中提取的倍半萜類化合物，可通過抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞生長和增殖、誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡、抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移、逆轉(zhuǎn)腫瘤藥物耐藥、協(xié)同化療增強(qiáng)療效、協(xié)同放療增敏等作用機(jī)制治療乳腺癌，同時(shí)在臨床上通過調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體免疫功能減輕不良反應(yīng)、聯(lián)合靶向藥物增強(qiáng)臨床療效、抑制癌細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)移降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)治療乳腺癌。綜述了β-欖香烯治療乳腺癌的作用機(jī)制和臨床應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展，以期為β-欖香烯治療乳腺癌提供參考。

Breast cancer ranks first in the incidence rate among all female malignant tumors worldwide. Chemical drugs can kill tumor cells, reduce cancer metastasis and recurrence, and improve patient survival rates, but their adverse reactions and drug resistance also limit the efficacy and applicability of medication for patients. β-Elemene is a sesquiterpene compound extracted from Curcumae Radix, and can treat breast cancer by inhibiting tumor cell growth and proliferation, inducing tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor cell invasion and metastasis, reversing tumor drug resistance, cooperating with chemotherapy to enhance efficacy, cooperating with radiotherapy to sensitization and other mechanisms. At the same time, it can reduce adverse reactions by regulating the immune function of the body, combining targeted drugs to enhance clinical efficacy, and inhibiting cancer cell metastasis to reduce the risk of complications in clinical treatment of breast cancer. This article reviews the research progress on the mechanism and clinical application of β-elemene in treatment of breast cancer, in order to provide reference for β-elemene in treatment of breast cancer.
