[摘要]
目的 采用多指標(biāo)成分定量結(jié)合化學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)小兒感冒顆粒的質(zhì)量。方法 采用UPLC法測(cè)定15批小兒感冒顆粒中告伊春、木犀草苷、綠原酸、3,5-O-二咖啡?;鼘幩帷?duì)羥基苯乙酮、迷迭香酸、靛玉紅、連翹苷,結(jié)合聚類分析、主成分分析評(píng)價(jià)不同廠家、不同批次小兒感冒顆粒的質(zhì)量差異。結(jié)果 15批小兒感冒顆粒樣品分為3類,同廠家樣品間差異性不明顯,不同廠家樣品存在差異性。3個(gè)主成分的累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到91.050%。結(jié)論 方法高效、科學(xué)合理,結(jié)果較準(zhǔn)確,可用于小兒感冒顆粒質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)。

[Abstract]
Objective To evaluate quality of Xiaoer Ganmao Granules by multi-index component determination combined with chemometrics. Methods UPLC method was used to determine contents of goitrin, luteolin, chlorogenic acid, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, rosmarinic acid, forsythin, and indigo in 15 batches of Xiaoer Ganmao Granules, and cluster analysis and principal component analysis were combined to evaluate the quality differences of Xiaoer Ganmao Granules from different manufacturers and batches. Results Fifteen batches of Xiao’er Ganmao Granules were divided into three categories, and there were no obvious differences between samples from the same manufacturer, but there were differences between samples from different manufacturers. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the three principal components reached 91.050%. Conclusion The method is efficient, scientific, and reasonable, and the results are accurate, which can be used for comprehensive quality evaluation of Xiaoer Ganmao Granules.
