目的 探討參苓白術(shù)顆粒聯(lián)合奧沙拉秦鈉膠囊治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的療效。方法 選取天津市中醫(yī)藥研究院附屬醫(yī)院在2022年2月—2024年10月收治的102例潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組51例。對(duì)照組服用奧沙拉秦鈉膠囊，2粒/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服參芩白術(shù)顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組持續(xù)治療3個(gè)月。評(píng)估患者的臨床治療效果、改良Mayo活動(dòng)指數(shù)、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分、血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 對(duì)照組的總有效率為80.39%，治療組的總有效率為94.12%，組間比較差異顯著（P＜0.05）。兩組治療后的改良Mayo活動(dòng)指數(shù)各項(xiàng)評(píng)分均低于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組的Mayo各項(xiàng)評(píng)分均比對(duì)照組治療后低（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的炎癥性腸病生活質(zhì)量問(wèn)卷（IBDQ）評(píng)分均明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組的IBDQ評(píng)分較對(duì)照組更高（P＜0.05）。兩組治療后血清chemerin、低氧誘導(dǎo)因子-1α（HIF-1α）、二胺氧化酶（DAO）水平均低于治療前（P＜0.05）；治療組治療后的血清chemerin、HIF-1α、DAO水平均低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 參苓白術(shù)顆粒聯(lián)合奧沙拉秦鈉膠囊可提高潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的治療效果，提高患者生活質(zhì)量，減輕疾病活動(dòng)度和腸道屏障損傷。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenling Baizhu Granules combined with Olsalazine Sodium Capsules in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 102 Patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from February 2022 to October 2024 were divided into control and treatment group with random number table method, with 51 patients in each group. Patients in the control group took Olsalazine Sodium Capsules 2 capsules/time, twice daily. On the basis of the control group, patients in the treatment group took Shenqin Baizhu Granules in warm water, 3 times daily, 1 bag/time. Both groups continued the treatment for 3 months. The clinical treatment efficacy, modified Mayo activity index, quality of life score, and serum indicators were evaluated. Results The total effective rate (80.39%) of the control group was significantly lower than 94.12% of the treatment group, and the difference between two groups was significant (P < 0.05). The modified Mayo activity index scores in both groups after treatment were decreased, and the modified Mayo activity index scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the IBDQ scores of both groups of patients were significantly increased, and the IBDQ scores of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The serum levels of chemerin, HIF-1α, and DAO in both groups after treatment were decreased (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of chemerin, HIF-1α, and DAO in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Shenling Baizhu Granules and Olsalazine Sodium Capsules can improve the therapeutic effect of ulcerative colitis, enhance patients' quality of life, reduce disease activity and intestinal barrier damage.
