炎癥是機體抵抗外界刺激的防御反應(yīng)，也是促使多種疾病發(fā)生的病理基礎(chǔ)。刺芒柄花素是一種天然異黃酮類化合物，對炎癥相關(guān)疾病有著顯著防治作用，如抗神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、呼吸系統(tǒng)、消化系統(tǒng)、腎臟、皮膚等，通過抑制炎癥因子釋放、調(diào)控炎癥相關(guān)通路、改善機體氧化應(yīng)激水平等途徑發(fā)揮其拮抗炎癥作用。總結(jié)了刺芒柄花素防治炎癥相關(guān)疾病的研究進(jìn)展，以期為刺芒柄花素的臨床應(yīng)用和功能開發(fā)提供參考。

Inflammation is a defense response of the body to external stimuli, but it is also a pathological basis for the occurrence of many diseases. Formononetin is a natural isoflavone compound. Formononetin has significant preventive and therapeutic effects on inflammation-related diseases, such as anti-neurological system, respiratory system, digestive system, kidney, skin, etc. Formononetin exert their anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors, regulating inflammation related pathways, and improving oxidative stress levels in the body. This article summarizes the research progress on the prevention and treatment of inflammation related diseases with formononetin, in order to provide reference for the clinical application and functional development of formononetin.
