目的 探究血塞通軟膠囊聯(lián)合阿司匹林治療老年冠心病的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年4月—2022年4月來(lái)北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)東直門(mén)醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的106例老年冠心病患者，按照信封抽簽法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各53例。對(duì)照組口服阿司匹林腸溶片，100 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用血塞通軟膠囊，2粒/次，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組心功能指標(biāo)、細(xì)胞炎性因子水平、血脂水平和生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查表（SF-36）評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是94.34%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的77.36%（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組心排血量（CO）、每搏量（SV）、左室射血分?jǐn)?shù)（LVEF）均顯著升高，而左室舒張末內(nèi)徑（LVDD）均降低（P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組患者心功能指標(biāo)改善較對(duì)照組更明顯（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）及白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）水平均較同組治療前顯著下降（P＜0.05）；且治療后，治療組細(xì)胞炎性因子水平低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）水平較同組治療前顯著升高，而總膽固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）及低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）水平均下降（P＜0.05）；且治療后，治療組血脂水平改善均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 血塞通軟膠囊聯(lián)合阿司匹林能夠有效改善老年冠心病患者的臨床癥狀，降低細(xì)胞炎性因子水平，調(diào)節(jié)血脂，提高生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xuesaitong Soft Capsules combined with aspirin in treatment of elderly coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 106 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to envelope drawing method, with 53 cases in each group. Patients in control group were po administered with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets, 100 mg/time, once daily. Patients in treatment group were po administered with Xuesaitong Soft Capsules on the basis of control group, 2 capsules/time, twice daily. Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed, and the cardiac function indexes, the level of cytokines, blood lipids and score of life quality questionnaire (SF-36) were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.34%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (77.36%, P < 0.05). After treatment, cardiac output (CO), stroke volume (SV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were significantly increased in both groups, but left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDD) was decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement of cardiac function indexes in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)

and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of inflammatory cytokines in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, but the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement of blood lipid level in treatment group was better than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xuesaitong Soft Capsules combined with aspirin in treatment of elderly coronary heart disease can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and can reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines, regulate blood lipids, which can improve the quality of life.
