目的 觀察寒喘祖帕顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸班布特羅片治療咳嗽變異性哮喘的臨床研究。方法 選擇南通市第六人民醫(yī)院2022年4月—2024年4月收治的98例咳嗽變異性哮喘患者，將所有患者按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組（49例）和治療組（49例）。對照組每晚睡前口服鹽酸班布特羅片，10 mg/次，根據(jù)臨床效果，在用藥1～2周后可增加到20 mg/次。治療組接受鹽酸班布特羅片基礎上口服寒喘祖帕顆粒，12 g/次，2次/d。兩組均治療4周。對比兩組的臨床療效、臨床癥狀、肺功能指標、血清炎癥因子指標和免疫功能指標。結果 對照組的總有效率為69.39%，治療組的總有效率為91.84%，組間比較差異具有顯著性（P＜0.05）。與對照組相比，治療組的哮喘發(fā)生次數(shù)減少，咳嗽消失時間、咳嗽緩解時間更短（P＜0.05）。治療后兩組第一秒用力呼氣容積（FEV1）、用力肺活量（FVC）、最大呼氣流速峰值（PEF）升高（P＜0.05），且治療組的FEV1、FVC、PEF高于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后兩組血清白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、單核細胞趨化蛋白-1（MCP1）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、巨噬細胞炎癥蛋白-1α（MIP-1α）水平下降（P＜0.05），且治療組患者血清IL-6、MCP1、TNF-α、MIP-1α水平低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后兩組CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺升高，CD8⁺下降（P＜0.05），且治療組的CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺高于對照組，CD8⁺低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結論 咳嗽變異性哮喘使用寒喘祖帕顆粒、鹽酸班布特羅片聯(lián)合治療，可改善患者臨床癥狀，提高肺功能，控制氣道炎癥反應，提升機體免疫功能。

Objective To observe the clinical study of Hanchuan Zupa Granules combine with Bambuterol Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods 98 Patients with cough variant asthma admitted to Nantong Sixth People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were divided into control group (49 cases) and treatment group (49 cases) with random number table method. The control group took 10 mg Bambuterol Hydrochloride Tablets orally before bedtime every night, and according to clinical efficacy, it could be increased to 20 mg after 1 — 2 weeks of medication. The treatment group receives Bambuterol Hydrochloride Tablets in addition to oral Hanchuan Zupa Granules, 12 g/time, twice daily. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms, lung function indicators, serum inflammatory factor indicators, and immune function indicators were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 69.39%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.84%, and the difference was significant between the groups (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group had a decreased frequency of asthma, shorter cough disappearance time, and shorter cough relief time (P < 0.05). After treatment, the FEV1, FVC, and PEF of two groups were increased (P < 0.05), and the FEV1, FVC, and PEF of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, MCP1, TNF-α, and MIP-1α were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-6, MCP1, TNF-α, and MIP-1α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3⁺, CD4⁺, and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ were increased in two groups, while CD8⁺ were decreased (P < 0.05). The levels of CD3⁺, CD4⁺, and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, while CD8⁺was lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Hanchuan Zupa Granules and Bambuterol Hydrochloride Tablets can improve clinical symptoms in the treatment of cough variant asthma, enhance lung function, control airway inflammation, and improve immune function.
