目的 探究慈航膠囊聯(lián)合米索前列醇治療氣虛血瘀型產(chǎn)后惡露不絕的臨床療效。方法 納入2023年2月—2025年2月就診于唐山市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院的氣虛血瘀型產(chǎn)后惡露不絕患者92例，依據(jù)治療方案差異分為對照組（46例）和治療組（46例）。對照組患者給予米索前列醇片，0.2 mg米索前列醇片推至直腸內(nèi)距肛門約3 cm處，1次/d；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服慈航膠囊，1.5 g/次，2次/d。兩組均實(shí)施7 d的治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀改善時間，子宮機(jī)能指標(biāo)子宮三徑之和、子宮動脈阻力指數(shù)（RI）和搏動指數(shù)（PI）水平，血清纖維蛋白原（Fib）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、D-二聚體（D-D）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組總有效率分別為69.56%、89.13%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組惡露淋漓、腰腹墜痛、氣促乏力改善時間明顯短于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組受試者子宮三徑之和、子宮動脈PI和RI水平，及血清Fib、MMP-9及D-D水平均比治療前明顯下降（P＜0.05），且治療組指標(biāo)改善顯著優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 慈航膠囊聯(lián)合米索前列醇治療氣虛血瘀型產(chǎn)后惡露不絕具有協(xié)同增效作用，同時還可改善患者臨床癥狀和子宮機(jī)能，同步促進(jìn)血清標(biāo)志物水平復(fù)常。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Cihang Capsules combined with misoprostol in treatment of postpartum lochiorrhea with qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods Patients (92 cases) with qi deficiency and blood stasis in Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were divided into control (46 cases) and treatment (46 cases) group based on differences treatment. Patients in control group were administered with Misoprostol Tablets, 0.2 mg Misoprostol Tablets was pushed into the rectum about 3 cm away from the anus, once daily. Patients in treatment group were po administered with Cihang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.5 g/times, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, the sum of the three diameters of the uterus, the RI and PI of uterine artery, and the levels of serum Fib, MMP-9 and D-D in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates in the control group and the treatment group were 69.56% and 89.13%, respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time for symptoms such as lochia, waist and abdominal pain, shortness of breath and fatigue in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the sum of three uterine diameters, uterine artery PI and RI levels, and serum Fib, MMP-9 and D-D levels in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P < 0.05), and the improvement of these indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Cihang Capsules and misoprostol has a synergistic effect in the treatment of postpartum lochia with qi deficiency and blood stasis type. It can also improve the clinical symptoms and uterine function of patients, and promote the normalization of serum marker levels.
