目的 探討魚腥草滴眼液聯(lián)合更昔洛韋眼用凝膠治療流行性角結(jié)膜炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年4月—2025年3月在鄭州大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院就診的86例流行性角結(jié)膜炎患者，所有患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各43例。對照組將更昔洛韋眼用凝膠涂入結(jié)膜囊中，4次/d，每次8 mm。治療組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上使用魚腥草滴眼液滴眼，6次/d，每次1滴。兩組患者持續(xù)治療10 d。比較兩組臨床療效、癥狀消失時間、視力、病情程度、淚液指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療組總有效率為95.35%，對照組總有效率為79.07%，組間比較差異顯著（P＜0.05）。治療組患者疼痛、流淚、畏光、紅腫消失時間均短于對照組（P＜0.05）。兩組治療后的視力明顯升高，眼表疾病指數(shù)量表（OSDI）評分明顯降低（P＜0.05）；治療組治療后的視力高于對照組，OSDI評分低于對照組（P＜0.05）。兩組治療后淚液乳鐵蛋白、黏蛋白5AC顯著升高（P＜0.05），治療組治療后的淚液乳鐵蛋白、黏蛋白5AC高于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 魚腥草滴眼液聯(lián)合更昔洛韋眼用凝膠可提高流行性角結(jié)膜炎的臨床療效，改善臨床癥狀和視力，減輕病情嚴(yán)重程度，與降低結(jié)膜炎性損傷有關(guān)。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yuxingcao Eye Drops combined with Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel in treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis. Methods A total of 86 patients with epidemic keratoconjunctivitis who visited Zhengzhou University Second Affiliated Hospital from April 2022 to March 2025 were selected. All patients were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel applied into the conjunctival sac, 4 times daily, 8 mm each time. On the basis of the control group, the patients in the treatment group were treated with Yuxingcao Eye Drops, 6 times daily, 1 drop each time. Two groups of patients were treated continuously for 10 d. The clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time, visual acuity, disease severity, and tear indicators were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.35%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 79.07%, and the difference was significant between two groups (P < 0.05). The disappearance times of pain, tears, photophobia, and redness in the treatment group was shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The visual acuity of two groups were significantly improved after treatment, but the OSDI score were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The visual acuity of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, but the OSDI score was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of lactoferrin and mucin 5AC in tears significantly increased in two groups (P < 0.05). The levels of lactoferrin and mucin 5AC in the tears of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yuxingcao Eye Drops combined with Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel can improve the efficacy of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis, improve clinical symptom and vision, and reduce the severity of the disease, which is related to reducing conjunctival inflammatory damage.
